Refund. Cancellation policy
The customer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days (14 days) without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which the customer or a person named by the customer who does not work for the transport company takes possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right to terminate the contract, the customer must inform the operator of the website https://skinstytute.com , e-mail address: sales@skinstytute.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of his/her decision to terminate this contract. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period (14 days).

Returns. Consequences of the cancellation
If the contract is cancelled by the customer, all payments including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the shop operator was chosen), which the shop operator has received to date, must be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days (14 days) from the day on which the notification of the cancellation of the contract was received. The same means of payment used for the original transaction shall be used for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for the repayment. The shop operator may refuse the refund until the goods have been returned or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. The customer must return the goods purchased on https://skinstytute.com, immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which he was informed of the termination of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the expiry of the fourteen day period (14 days). The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The owner will not bear any costs for returns sent carriage forward. The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an inspection of the condition, properties and functionality of the goods or to unnecessary handling of the goods.
