Empfehlung : 15 Minuten vor dem Sonnenbad auf den ganzen Körper, das Gesicht und die Haare auftragen, alle 2 Stunden oder nach dem Abtrocknen mit einem Handtuch, nach dem Schwitzen oder Schwimmen erneut auftragen.
